The Lola Single Sofa will begin to take shape within a few hours of unboxing but requires 48–72 hours to fully expand. Please allow this time for the foam to settle and reach its final structure and softness.

- Inflation Time: Allow up to 72 hours for full expansion and support.

- New Product Smell: A mild scent from the foam is normal and will fade within a few days. Air out in a well-ventilated space.

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning.

Note: Due to its compressed packaging, subtle curves or fabric creases may be visible. These are a natural result of the process and contribute to the Lola’s relaxed, lived-in look.

- How is the sofa delivered?
It comes compressed and boxed, easy to carry through hallways, lifts, and staircases. Please refer to the product listings to see exactly how many boxes each sofa ships in.

- How long does delivery take?
All stocked items ship quickly from our Sydney warehouse: 3 - 7 business days to most metro areas. Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for regional areas, WA, NT, TAS deliveries.

I ordered a couch on a Tuesday night and it was delivered on Thursday morning, a day and half later! Fast and prompt delivery. They were so easy and light to move around once they were unpacked.
