  • Shipping is calculated at check out! No need to complete your order... Simply add what you'd like to purchase to your cart, enter your address and our shipping calculator will work out the cost of delivery for you.

    SYDNEY ORDERS:
    For Sydney Metro orders over $1000, shipping is FREE.

  • Our sofas come compressed and boxed making then easy to carry through hallways, lifts, and staircases.

  • All stocked items ship quickly from our Sydney warehouse: 3 - 7 business days to most metro areas. Please allow for 7 - 10+ business days for regional areas, WA, NT, TAS deliveries.

  • You sure can! Simply place your order and select 'warehouse pick up'. Once your order is ready you'll receive an email with your pick up instructions.

  • Great idea! For a more affordable shipping option, our team can check to find a potentially lower shipping cost if you're happy for us to send your order to your local depot. This is especially helpful for our customers outside of NSW.

    Simply hop into our chat box and let us know what you're trying to order and where you'd like it shipped to. We'll do our best to find the lowest possible shipping price for you within 24 hours from your enquiry being placed.

  • No tools and no assembly is required for our sofas! Just unbox and let it rise.

    If you'd like to further secure your modular sofa in a particular configuration, please use the velcro tabs provided and attach modules together from underneath.

  • SYDNEY CUSTOMERS:
    If you're based in Sydney and your order is being delivered by our local team of drivers, yes! Please add any delivery date requests to your order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

    NON-SYDNEY CUSTOMERS:
    For all other areas, orders are shipped via our partnered carriers such as TNT and TGE. While we can’t offer scheduled delivery times through these services, you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress and plan ahead.

  • You’ll see some pretty exciting results in the first few hours but please allow your sofa to reach its full form and height after 3 days.

    For our corduroy materials, please allow up to 2 weeks for any wrinkles to fade after the sofa has had time to stretch out the material. You can help the material appear even smoother by lightly steaming the surface using a garment steamer (not an iron).

  • No, the sofa is fully encased for a sleek, clean finish. We recommend spot cleaning for maintenance.

  • No, the base of our sofas features grippy anti-slip fabric to keep everything in place!

  • Good spot! You may have seen our sofas at Junii Furniture or on their ads. Rise Studios is the little sister company of Junii Furniture.

    Here at Rise Studios, we'll be focusing on all compressed sofa items while Junii (our big sister store!) will be focusing more on solid timber furniture and other larger structured furniture items.

  • Our sofas are made of high-density structural foam for the best support and comfort. Learn more about our Rise Technology here!

  • The our modular sofas are easy to separate, pack, and move! Especially when it comes to awkward or smaller doorways.

    If you're moving soon we do recommend that you carefully cut open the clear packaging our your sofa so that it can be reused when it's time for you to move.

  • Yes, our sofas are low profile i.e. close to the ground, and have soft edges and corners (no hard edges!) This makes them ideal for young families and pet owners.
